Conferences

We have three rooms available to hire for conferences or meetings.

 

Chongoni, our largest conference hall, is able to seat up to 100 if set as a theater, or 60 comfortably on tables and chairs. Chongoni hall has a built-in mounted screen for LCD projection.

Kongwe, our smaller conference hall, can seat up to 35 individuals and seating can be arranged to suit your needs. 

 

For small meetings of directors and secretariat, we have Viphya board room. Viphya seats 8 individuals.

Our conference halls and board rooms all contain air-conditioning. If requested a PA system and projector can be hired at additional cost. On request, lunch and refreshments can be included within conference packages. For fees and additional information please contact us.
